After 5 years leading digital transformation projects in multicultural, multidisciplinary and complex environments, we reached the same conclusion everywhere: independents and small businesses were systematically left behind.
Existing tools were either too expensive, too complex to deploy, or designed for IT teams that these organizations simply don't have. Digital transformation remained a privilege of large enterprises.
